A community interest company wanted to provide information about various food products to the public. Users could input information about their physical attributes and preferences and receive guidance on whether a particular product would meet their needs.   The company proposed to charge users a subscription and suppliers a fee for listing their products.   I was asked to draft the website terms and conditions.

Like all websites there had to be website access terms and a privacy code. I drafted the latter with the help of the OECD Privacy Statement Generator. But the company also needed product listing terms, membership conditions and a disclaimer.   I settled those too.

I visit the site recently and it appears to very popoular,
